Practice Management Software Integration

Third party platforms can be added to your website that allow for synchronization of appointment data directly to your Practice Management Software.

Such platforms typically include an appointment booking feature along with a practice listing so that patients searching for a healthcare provider using the platform website and / or associated App can find you.

The booking system may provide a "self service" style – where patients choose an appointment that leads to an immediate booking. Alternatively a "person in the loop" style – where patients choose an appointment where an administrator is required to validate before the appointment is confirmed. Some platforms support both styles of booking. Once a booking is confirmed the details are synched directly with your Practice Management Software – check the list for each platform below to ensure compatability.
