The proposal excludes:
- Substantive changes to client approved content after website development has commenced. Such changes will be billed additionally at the Casual Support rate as specified on the Online Medical website.
- Computer, web design or web development instruction – including training in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or any other programming language.
- Complimentary support requesting changes such as (but not limited to): significant changes to text or other content, changes to custom code, page templates, individual page layout, or CSS / styling.
- Support or Training requested that exceeds the time allowed, is outside of the scope of included changes, or falls outside of the valid period. Such requests will be billed additionally at the Casual Support rate as specified on the Online Medical website.
- Ongoing support beyond that specified in this proposal.
- Website maintenance or upgrades.
- Site administration, data entry or creation of content beyond that specified in this proposal.
- Creation of legal documentation such as Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Copyright, Disclaimer, Patient Privacy etc.
- Assignment to you of any intellectual property rights belonging to Online Medical, pertaining to code (modules) Involved in the development of your website.
- Assignment to you of any intellectual property rights belonging to third parties, pertaining to code or content involved in the development of your website.
- Any other form of hosting services (except Website Hosting).
